Do we send a proof? |
Before we print, we will email you a proof and for critical work we will send you a small piece printed on canvas. This is because most customers' screens are not calibrated and therefore the colours on your screen will look a bit different from the final print. |
Can we alter and retouch
your photos?

We are very experienced in enhancing photos and lots of adjustments are included in our price. We also have Professional Portrait re-touching software and for a small fee of $10.00 per face we can make your formal portraits, wedding photos etc look stunning. |
Can we use
a photo, negative or slide? |
High resolution digital images in jpg or tiff are best, but we can accept photos, negatives or slides, as we have a professional scanner and can do this for you for a small charge of $10.00. Your originals will be returned to you with your canvas art print. For a small fee we can also set up a collage of several photos on one print for you, or we can split one image into, say 3 prints. |
How long will it take? |
Allow 7 working days from confirmation of order and receipt of payment. For payments by cheque allow an extra 7 days. |
How do you order? |
Go to the order page, select a size and style and upload the image. |
How do you pay? |
Our preferred payment method is by direct credit, or we can accept cheques or any credit card through PayPal. Once you approve and give us the go ahead we will email you an invoice with payment details on it. |
Copyright? |
When you submit anything for us to print, please make sure that you are the person who has produced the photo or artwork. If not, we need a written permission to reproduce it. |
